Following this week’s latest update, developers Raven Software are now looking to upgrade Call of Duty in other ways.
While Tuesday’s Warzone patch was focused on fixing issues with weapon camos, today’s is something.
According to those who have been given access, a new Call of Duty Warzone Texture Pack is available to download.
This is reportedly called High Resoulation Pack 3 and weighs in at under 10GB on PS4 Pro and PS5.
It should be noted that this latest Warzone Texture Pack provides the most up to date visuals for the game across all platforms.
It’s unclear just how high this new Warzone patch pumps things up but some gamers believe it could add 4K upscaling.
And for those wondering how to install the new Call of Duty Warzone Texture Pack, here are the options listed online by Activision:
“Players will be prompted to download the DLC the first time they log in to the game. Accepting the prompt will open the Game Installs menu. From there, follow the on-screen steps to download and install the texture pack.
“If you don’t accept the prompt the first time you log in, you can navigate to the Game Installs menu to download and install the texture pack.
“PlayStation 4 and Xbox One players will not receive a prompt and will need to navigate to the Game Installs menu to download and install the texture pack.
Plunder seems likely to be cut for something new, with the Call of Duty Store also getting updated.
A message from Activision explains: “Make sure to head to the Store this week, where you’ll find the Maxis Operator Reactive Bundle starting March 4. Highlights include Samantha Maxis as a playable Operator and two Weapon Blueprints: the Ultra-rarity “Z-74u” Reactive SMG Blueprint and the Legendary “Neutralizer” shotgun.
“Then on March 7, players can get the Anime Pilot bundle, which comes with three Weapon Blueprints: the Legendary “Fly Boy” fast-firing SMG Blueprint, the Legendary “Talon Envy” tactical rifle Blueprint, and the Legendary “Strafe Run” semi-automatic shotgun Blueprint.
“Finally, on March 9, the Gilded Age III: Pro Pack bundle can be purchased directly from first-party stores. Included in this highly anticipated bundle are two Legendary Weapon Blueprints: “Carbon Composite” and “Carbon Steel.” Players will also score a nice haul of 2,400 Call of Duty Points.”
