Which could indicate that Samsung isn’t planning on releasing a new Note phablet in 2021.

This appears to have been backed up by a separate leak from Max Weinbach, the notable and reliable leaker who recently revealed specs for the Galaxy S21.

Weinbach – formerly of XDA Developers and now with Android Police – recently provided a list of Samsung devices expected to launch in 2021.

And the tweet had no mentioned of a Galaxy Note 21 or Note 21 Ultra.

Here is the list of Samsung devices rumoured to be launching in 2021: S21 FE, S21, S21+, S21 Ultra, Z Fold 3, Z Flip 3, Z Fold FE.

If Samsung does decide to scrap the Note range in 2021, then this will be made up for by three of these aforementioned devices allegedly coming with S Pen support.

As you can tell from the list above, the main flagships Samsung are launching can be divided into two categories – S21 phones and foldables.

The focus on the latter could indicate that Samsung is ditching the long-running Note range because of a growing emphasis on foldable devices.
