It’s been a heart-breaking week for Lisa Armstrong, as she found out that her ex-husband, Ant McPartlin , is in a relationship with his PA, Anne-Marie Corbett – who was also previously a close friend of Lisa’s.
The devastated make-up artist, 41, had to learn the same way we all did that Ant – who was convicted of drink driving earlier this year and sent to rehab – had moved on with his employee, just six months after announcing the end of their 11-year marriage, and Lisa took to social media to share her hurt and grief over the news.
But as she takes some time off in Los Angeles, she’s been pictured still wearing her wedding ring – and insiders claim she’s planning to delay the divorce as much as she can.

According to today’s Sun, friends of Ant’s say that “she refuses to go quietly” and they are “baffled by her reluctance to sign a deal”. One insider said: “She could walk away a very wealthy woman and move on in a heartbeat.”
But money’s obviously not the point for this woman, who feels like she has been doubly betrayed by her ex-husband and friend.

It was Ant, 42, who announced that their marriage had ended in January, and despite couples normally releasing a joint statement, it was only the Britain’s Got Talent’s star who made the news public: “Ant is very sad to announce that, after 11 years, he is ending his marriage to Lisa.

We revealed on Friday that Ant’s new love helped throw a party for his 10th wedding anniversary with wife Lisa – 18 months before dating him.
Anne-Marie is said to have organised the lavish 2016 event for the star and Lisa Armstrong, inviting their friends and family to Portugal in celebration.
She also arranged entertainment, food and drinks for guests while, according to one source, watching as a then loved-up husband Ant paid tribute to his wife.

Lisa has told friends she feels betrayed by her former friend after she moved in with telly host Ant following their marriage breakdown.
One pal revealed: “Lisa is absolutely furious she let Anne-Marie into their life, her home – and even allowed her to help them with such a special occasion celebrating their love. How things have changed. She is in bits.”
